Project Highlights:
A 29,000 square foot state of the art multi-purpose arena comprised of masonry walls and steel superstructure on a reinforced concrete foundation. The facility was funded by a private group of donors and given to the Woodstock High School to provide for year round athletic,community and multi-cultural events. The 4.5 million dollar project budget includes year round ice making capabilities, a pro shop, food service, 4 team rooms, official’s room, a coaches room,a grand lobby, a rink managers office, bathrooms, special event capacity for 2,000 and permanent seating for 250. The project budget also included a $450,000 building endowment,all hard costs, soft costs & FF&E.
