Bear Mountain Design Architects Collaborative-Woodstock, VT

A 20 million dollar, 1,900 seat “state of the art” division three collegiate multi-purpose hockey arena at Bowdoin College in Brunswick Maine. The Watson Arena is the first collegiate hockey arena of its kind to become LEED certified.

Alumni Hall Norwich University

One of the oldest and most historically significant buildings in central Vermont, Alumni Hall is situated on the "Upper Parade Ground" at the center of the Norwich University campus.

Union Arena

A 29,000 square foot state of the art multi-purpose arena comprised of masonry walls and steel superstructure on a reinforced concrete foundation. The facility was funded by a private group of donors and given to the Woodstock High School to provide for year round athletic, community and multi-cultural events.

Goodwin-Shapleigh Bld.

The new Lebanon Municipal Office building was designed to replace an old antiquated structure in order to serve the community better.

Kreitzberg Arena

A 6.3 million dollar, 1420 seat division three collegiate multi-purpose hockey arena built in 1996 as the first phase of a three phase master plan to upgrade the athletic facilities at Norwich University.

Alpha Theta Hall Dartmouth College

Alpha Theta is one of the oldest and most historic fraternities at Dartmouth College. Located adjacent to the central quad in the heart of campus on Maine Street in Hanover NH.

Harrison Arena

A 59,000 square foot arena in northern Massachusetts presented to the owner as a “Design Build” collaborative between Pro Con Construction and Harold W. Mayhew RA, AIA. The commission was granted after successfully winning a “Design Build” competition.

Holy Orthodox Church

This historic building requires modifications to accommodate a growing parish and to meet current accessibility, life safety and building code requirements. The design strategy at BMD was to accomplish these goals while maintaining and enhancing the original historic architecture.

Doyle Hall

The construction of Norwich Universities Doyle Hall commenced this summer and is scheduled for completion in October 2010. The project contains numerous improvements to the existing athletic facilities and is the second phase of a three phase master plan which was designed and programmed by Harold Mayhew.

Norwich University Fitness Center

This five story, twenty million dollar, unnamed future Health and Fitness Center was designed to accommodate "state of the art" exercise, strength, conditioning and applied education functions.

Valley View Residence

Traditional New England Colonial meets south eastern American Plantation in the design of this natural wood sided house.

Sunny Meadow

This New England style contemporary cape with a two car detached garage sits on the south east side of a mountainous ridge line in a sunny meadow on 12 acres within walking distance to Silver Lake in Barnard, VT.
