Project Highlights:
Alpha Theta is one of the oldest and most historic fraternities at Dartmouth College. Located adjacent to the central quad in the heart of campus on Maine Street in Hanover NH this historic building received multiple life safety code compliance updates, ADA compliance updates, and a host of other improvements to bring the structure up to current Dartmouth College building standards. The renovations and additions were designed to be as practical and cost effective as possible while simultaneously being sensitive to the historic attributes of the original building, the Dartmouth College Campus and the Hanover community.
